My Doctor was on time and very pleasant and through ,I didnt feel rushed and ladies on front counter were very helpful and super kind to help with questions I asked . DEFINITELY worth the hours drive to get there for my appointment .

Dr Newell has been out GP for 15 years and we have always been very happy with him and the Reception staff. They are wonderful and greet you by name the second you walk in. Will stay here until He retires.

New to the clinic.... So rocked up early to fill in form, etc... Had an appt at 12.15 pm... The receptionist knew it was my lunch break... Did not get into the Dr until 12.45 pm, to be in the Dr's office for a measly 5 minutes... There was no communication from the receptionist to say Dr was running late or even an apology. Poor service..
