This practice is very warm and inviting. The doctors I’ve seen are thorough, personable and kind. It’s a nice change from apathetic doctors that is normally so prevalent in practices. The medical admin officer Anna is a lovely and down to earth individual whom makes me feel very welcome every time I visit. Cannot recommend enough. Dr McLean is fantastic!

The absence of bulk billing for young children at this practice is not good. Has this been the long-standing position of the practice? Ideally I would like the continuity of care from my GP, however in a cost-of-living crisis, I need to consider more affordable alternatives which is not Market Street Medical Centre.

Dr Matthew Mclean is the best doctor i have ever had. He practised at the bowen hills clinic a few months ago and recently moved to Market Street.
He listens to all of your concerns without judgement and never makes you feel rushed. He doesn’t make the experience feel clinical and explains everything to you with reassurance.
I can’t recommend him enough. It is so relieving having such a thorough doctor.

I have been at this medical practice for several years. I have chronic conditions and found it difficult to get dedicated care elsewhere. The reception staff are friendly and all the doctors I’ve seen are experienced and caring. And helpful. I see Dr Holford and you can’t really have a better or more knowledgeable GP. He is very sincere as well as science minded and up to date , while also having the good nature that we all want in a Dr. He offers very sound advice & treatments. And listens well. You always feel comfortable under his care. This practice offers longer appts and they take time with you. I highly recommend this medical practice.

I have been a patient of Dr Matthew McLean for sometime now. He has recently taken up practice at Market Street Medical Centre in Brisbane. I am not getting any younger and play a winter sport (curling) at an elite level so he looks after me for that. But I also have had no success (until Dr McLean) with my Psoriasis. It was scaled and plaque Psoriasis and over the years countless medical practitioners (in Canada and Australia) have prescribed me lotions and gels that have not worked. Dr McLean sorted it within the first month of seeing me. He put me in touch with a dermatologist and the regimen they both started me on to now where I am has me Psoriasis free. It is gone. As long as Dr McLean is practicing he will be my doctor. Top notch doctor across the board.

Dr Matthew McLean is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He was recommended to me by friends, and I’ve followed him from his previous clinic to Market Street because he is excellent. He is extremely thorough and patient, I never feel rushed when I see him. He takes all of my concerns seriously and makes me feel at ease. I’m happy to pay for a high-quality doctor, and Dr Matt is certainly that.
