I am in here nearly every week for scripts. Always I am received by smiles, professional service and expertise from all the staff. They know their business and they definitely know how to greet, serve, answer all questions ( if they can't the enquiry is always passed onto Matt or one of his professional pharmacy staff and its solved, always). Great service always. Professionalism from the boss down. Alot of chemists could learn alot from Matt and his staff. 10 out 10.

Great service, the lady (who I sadly did not catch her name), was incredibly helpful when asking about the titration on my script. They made up the prescription relatively quickly when I emailed the e-script, and for what I think is a reasonable price. Thank you!

I visited the pharmacy yesterday after being assisted over the phone by the team in the lab. What I needed was a special order and they happily obliged. Anita and Cate and the team in the lab were (as you can imagine inn covid times) incredibly busy, but still friendly and helpful.
