These people are absolutely Stellar. Heroes, saving lives, protecting people who get in over their head. My dealings were very .. unique. I was walking from Brisbane to Melbourne for the Kids' Cancer Project (and my own personal healing after a pre-terminal stage 4 prognosis), and at the Manning River, I'd have to take a 30km+ detour inland to the freeway. But these BLOODY LEGENDS got me across the river, and showed tremendous kindness and professionalism, and throughout were on high alert in case someone somewhere ran into trouble and needed their help somewhere else. I'm grateful, thankful and have massive respect for this incredible team.

A great service with fabulous volunteers. The volunteers work hard to raise money so that their radio operators can assist "boaties" that log-on when they go fishing. Money raised also allows Marine Rescue Crowdy Harrington boat crews to train hard so they can help or retrieve vessels that may get into difficulty. A great team!!
