Have been under Dr Neeliya Kumar care for years and years even moving with her from her previous clinic. She is very caring and considerate, always asking about the entire family and what’s going on to establish any treatments or plans needed for our entire family. Listens and always willing to investigate and make suggestions further if needed. Very caring and lovely natured person who is always friendly.

I recently moved to Coomera Waters and registered under the care of Dr Kumar. I have found Dr Kumar to be quite simply the best GP I have ever had. She has a wonderful "bedside manner" and I could not be happier.

Was a great practise with Dr Roy but now with Dr Neeliya Kumar your meant to give her the answers and shes the Doctor!! From the rudeness of the receptionist on the phone when i walked in and asked yes!!!! and the patronising and spoken down to tone from Dr Neeliya... Waited 30 minutes for appointment with 2 other patients the practise , then in for less than 15 minutes which is a standard consult and was just after a repeat prescription and repeat referral was charged 140 dollars asked why this was and told it was a long consult, no i replied i was in less than 15 mins (this will be referred to medicare as i believe this is fraud) receptionist couldnt look at me or offer further explanation!!! Couldnt even call to confirm my details emailed to say I'll have to make my own claim as medicare said there was a error!! What great customer service 🙄

Also been there for vaccination - practice nurse and receptionist really good.

Couldn’t be happier with the clinic, doctors and receptionist. I have been seeing Dr Neeliya Kumar for years and couldn’t ask for a better and caring doctor. When you are unwell, to have a supportive and knowledgeable doctor helps with the stress of dealing with my illness.

This place used to be fantastic. Then Dr Roy left and the quality of doctors to replace him are sub par. I had a booking with one of the other doctors only to be called and told that they are no longer taking patients even though we were 1/2 way through treatment with that doctor. We are not going back there. What a shame, it used to be great.
