I made an appointment online this week for my daughter who is only 7 months old. I had been on the phone to ED the night before and following their recommendation to see a gp to review her as she was not eating or drinking. I called to confirm my appointment and was told I had no appointment then i was told I must have booked it at the same time as someone else and mine was "bumped off" and we will call if there is a cancellation. I received no call or apology. Its hard enough to even get an appointment. these days. The women on the desk was aware of the situation. My daughter is only 7 months old and I don't think that this is good enough! Its disgusting and no care factor at all. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

The staff, Dr. Fatema, and the nurses were incredibly cooperative and patient. This was my first visit with my toddlers, and the service was outstanding—they showed such patience with my kids. I only wish I had gone there sooner! Definitely a 10-star experience

The Doctor rang at the appointed time. I only needed a script and didn’t want to go to the surgery with sick people!! So easy and effective! Best Medical Centre team!

Have been attending this clinic for about 4 years. Have found all the staff (nursing and office) to be friendly, helpful and efficient. I have been very happy with My Doctors, Dr Rossi (now retired) and Dr Dreimanis, I like the fact that I very rarely have to wait very long for my appointment

I was most impressed with the way Abbas talked to me and tried to help me when i discovered that the doctor i had seen yesterday had forgotten to give me a script.
Apparently he is an intern getting experience as a receptionist. I would value him as a doctor if he continues to deal with his patients in the professional and courteous way that
he has dealt with the situation today .
Unfortunately, there is only one doctor on today and i am frightened of her.
I fully understand that doctors need a break but people continue to get sick whether it is Christmas or not. Book in advance as I did or you will have great difficulty in getting an appointment anywhere. Dr Lim and Dr Tahir are great doctors and both of them listen to their patients and try to support them.
I felt that Abbas( in the role of a receptionist )did the same thing. Thank you
Unfortunately i had a different experience today.
I made two appointments in advance 3 three weeks ago because I knew Doctor Tahir would be away and not available until February.
The first one was a one to one appointment in the clinic and the other a telepath appointment..
Both appointments were necessary as it turned out.
When i was in the doctor's room he received and answered two outside calls .
Today my tele health appointment was for 10.15
So far i have waited for over two hours.
In sharp contrast in the past Dr Tahir has called me within 15 minutes of the time allocated.
i am registered with Dr Tahir but he only works on the weekends and is away until February so i had to make an appointment with this other doctor who i have seen before. I feel that i am being treated like a nuisance and with no respect which is depressing. On the face to face he told me to go to Doctor Tahir because he obviously didn't want to see me but how can I when he isn't available until February!!!
It is now 12.45 and he still hadn't honoured the appointment i made. I am 86 and need this medicine.

Always there to help and support you great friendly staff and i have to travel to the clinic and it’s worth the extra time and travel for great service I feel so comfortable with the the staff and doctors are well done Marden clinic I would give ten stars if I could 👍

Excellent clinic, friendly clerical staff, while also being very professional. Dr Sadaf Imam has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced, she listens to me, and I trust and
feel comfortable in following her advice.
