A shameful experience, and an unhelpful receptionist! The lady working at the front desk was appalling to communicate with, and rather than finding a solution for patients in need with a smile on her face she told us to go away. I've been going to this doctor since I was a baby, the fact I was sent away by the receptionist who was not bothered to update my surname on the system when I am at risk of losing my eye is an instance I could never, and will never forget !! Dreadful! Health and People first !!!!

Unfortunately some people don't realise that a busy practise/business is more often due to an extremely high demand and appreciation. One professional can only handle so much work without allowing the quality to suffer. Very responsible and caring team at this practice.

Dr Nguyen has been our family gp for over 15 years , the staff are helpful, the wait is long if you don’t have an appointment but I trust him with our health care

We had an appointment for 2.45 for the Covid vaccination. We arrived at 2.30 to fill out the necessary paperwork after which we were told to wait. We waited until 3.30 wihout being called but patients who came after us were being called in, they seemed to be regulars as they were on first name basis with the receptionist and nurse. When I asked the receptionist why were not being called she said the nurse was running late. When I reminded her our appointment was for 2.45 she then checked and said it would be our turn next. However the nurse called out some other patient next. I approached the desk and heard the nurse and receptionist arguing about who should be next and I heard the receptionist say she forgot to put in our names and to please take us next. The nurse reluctantly agreed. Total waste of time because it seems they only care for their regulars. They didn't have the courtesy to apologise. I hope I never have to go to this horrible place any more!

I could not get in to see my doctor so i made a telehealth appointment with a new doctor just to get my scripts i've been getting for 20 years.
She was very rude & kept interrupting me telling me a need to make an appointment, get blood tests & in the end she hung up on me. I will be out of medication in a few days but that didn't seem to concern her.
Unfortunately it's time to move on to a new medical practice.

Appointment booked with Nurse. Dr. Fatemeh wanted to leave the office, whist still had a patient in her care, this is very unprofessional & poor work ethic, so disappointment with this sort of management.
