Was squeezed in at short notice which I was grateful for. Reception staff great, however doctor was quite abrupt and rude - communication skills not great and she seemed cranky at me for questioning her over a couple of things. That’s my experience with only one dr, other drs I noticed while waiting looked friendly at least.

We are so lucky to have a decent Medical Centre in Mapleton. Today I spoke to reception, the nurses and Dr Ahmed. She is a wonderful doctor. All the staff are efficient and friendly.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the reception staff during an already stressful time, particularly with one gentleman. I often received conflicting information, which led to wasted appointments and increased stress. Several staff members lacked empathy, making an already difficult situation even worse. To make matters worse, a regular doctor my mum had seen was extremely rude and unhelpful in her interactions. The lack of communication and compassion was shocking and deeply disappointing. Despite all this, Dr. Mariana and Dr. James helped where they could throughout the process, in the end helping to resolve the issue and turned the situation around.

This is a mixed review.
Various members of our family have previously seen Dr Correa and have nothing but praise for her. She is kind, attentive and thorough. 5/5 stars for Dr Correa.
My husband saw Dr. Monga today and the experience was less than impressive. She was abrupt and dismissive and we are left wondering whether the visit was even worth it.
