It seems like from patients in need of care and kindness we've become customers who are not always right any more. Not only did the doctor decide to split up my consultations for different conditions, which I could understand, but I find very inconvenient as I could lose income due to my on call work on top of paying for the consultations, I was also told I needed a second appointment to get the outstanding prescription from my previous recent one. When I expressed my disappointment about having to pay twice for the same thing, the receptionist didn't even offer any explanation, but sounded indignant and hung up on me. That's not great care for a patient in need. I'm incredulous to put it politely.

The girls on reception, Mairead, Practice Manager Emma and new addition Ana are nothing but helpful and supportive. They do all they can to squeeze us in, especially our kids. Dr Arubai was the doctor that diagnosed our daughter with a condition that could have potentially comatosed her. I am forever grateful to the support and care the Doctors and front staff other us. Dr Al Mahdi even buys Pies from our small business!! The best!!

I am so grateful 4 Manning valley medical practice continuing to bulk bill their patience. Dr Patel has been most helpful in my issues with my health, that were difficult for some time...and finally found solutions to my issues.
She is a good listener, and values my input. Staff are also very helpful and kindminded.

Worst doctors in the area. Both bharti and the other lady couldn't care less about symptoms. Judgemental, arrogant, incompetent would be some words to describe them. Went in for a sore knuckle and the doctor didn't even touch my hand. Lent over her desk and squinted at my hand and told me to take Panadol after it being sore for 3+ months. Timed my appointment from the time I stood up from the waiting chair to the time I got the reception desk and was there 3 minutes 13 seconds, was still charged a full amount. Reception staff are lovely it's ashame they get associated with these doctors.

MVMP has always gone above and beyond to provide medical care since I was a child and now well into my adult years. My children have always used this practise and I cannot fault them. Dr Alrubai and all the receptionist staff are wonderful

The reception staff were great and friendly.
It was over 1 hour wait time to see the doctor , and I was rushed out within 5 minutes. The doctor did not apologize for the long wait , did not ask about my medical history and did not seem to care about my issue. I was throughly disappointed and will be finding a different doctor . The reception staff were apologetic about the wait. So great reception staff , just the doctor did not seem to care and just wanted to rush me out the door.

Had a appointment today waited half hour to be seen the lady doctor I seen was very rude didn't even care about any of my issues she was very judgemental it felt towards me and made me feel like my issues were nothing!! Won't be going back worst doctor by far...
