I've been going to this doctors practice since moving to the area 3 years ago. When I can get in I really like my doctor. But trying to get in now is close to impossible.

I call when I am sick just to be told no appointments today, no offer to book a future appointment nothing. If I try to ask for an appointment on another day they just put me on the cancellation list. I would understand this if I was a walk-in patient but as someone that has used this clinic as a family GP for 3 years it's really disappointing. There is no care from reception staff for someone who is legitimately unwell or offer for assistance at another time - I don't expect to get in straight away but at least let me know when I can (not if).

I won't return back now even though my Dr was good. I can't continue to support a Doctors office where the regular patients are not cared about at all by supporting staff.

99% sure the receptionist picked up and hung up the phone when I initially tried to call to book - can't think of any other reason it would ring and ring, then click like the phone had been picked up, and then disconnect, especially not when I got to holding after ringing straight back.

Guess I'll find another doctor then? Can't help but wonder if the other reviews I've seen on multiple mentioning poor behaviour from reception are accurate with that? Can't say that's happened when I've tried to call a doctor before :/
