Great doctors, but consistently over 30 minutes later, sometimes an hour late. I get that there can be emergencies, but it's a consistent issue. People don't want to wait an hour in a waiting room - especially when you now have to pay out of pocket. I suggest the practice rearranges its scheduling to better respect people's time.

You’re guaranteed to not be taken in at you’re arranged time so expect delays to be made. Was told that due to coughing I wouldn’t be allowed in unless I took a PCR. So I had to wait an additional day to see a doctor but guess what, they never even checked my results anyway so I could’ve gone anyway. The receptionist however did offer me water so I’ll give them that.

Dr. Peries is the best! We have been to this clinic for almost 20 yrs, she is always caring, professional, listens to the patients concerns. I found booking is easy, just to call. Human interaction is always better than online virtual staff!

This is not respiratory clinic so if someone coughing, the clinic may refuse to see. If any urgent clinical matters or unwell go to Concord Hospital ED. Our family always happy with the clinic and recommend to everyone! Best of all, it is still bulk billing!!!

I made an appointment 5:30pm for 9:45am the next day.
The morning of my appointment 40mins prior I was sent a SMS advising as of that morning they have moved to mixed billing.

I called to clarify and was told I won’t be bulk billed.

They should have told me that the day before.

Very disappointing I won’t be returning
And I was referred to them when my doctor of 30yrs retired.

I’ve been a patient for over 3yrs now, I don’t like doctor shopping but to not advise of the fee when I made the booking is ridiculous and they should be ashamed

I visited this clinic last week for a quick procedure with Dr Goodman, m unfortunately this turned into an unexpected gallop into chaos! Instead of a routine procedure, I ended up with a horse body—a real mare-athon. The staff seemed more haywire than helpful, and the facilities were a stable disappointment. From mane mishaps to tail-spinning dismay, this clinic is a one-way ticket to Equine Blunderland. Trot away if you value your sanity!

Another greedy practice that does not bulk bill. What's the point of taxes and Medicare. They should be boycotted

Walked in this morning desperately asking for help as my son’s (5 years old) foot was injured and he was in so much distress. The receptionist Sophie kindly asked me to wait till a gp can see us. We waited for an hour and when the lady gp came in, the receptionist was almost begging her to see us, the gp completely dismissed us and said rudely I’m not feeling well I don’t want to see them just bring in my patients. Where’s the duty of care of this gp? Extremely unprofessional, unempathetic and very rude! I believe her name was Dr Anita. Very disappointed and never returning to the practice again.
I went to concord famil doctors medical clinic and they were so helpful and empathetic I couldn’t fault their service.

Fantastic GP's. Not sure why it has such a low rating. It's quite punctual and they have a lot of availability. The GP's are outstanding. It is a bit old and run-down. However the place is clean and tidy. You cannot expect much more from a bulk-billed clinic. The main point is that the GP's are really, really good. Plenty of female doctors too.
