Long hours spend at my desk bound job often means I forget to adjust my posture and end up with crippling neck, upper back and shoulder pain. Dean is a miracle worker who restores my range of movement and relieves my pain & stiffness after just one session.

I came in last week with neck tension and a 2 week long headache plus living with ongoing tension headaches for years. After seeing Michelle I felt 100% better. Went back again for a follow up today and again great results. The little tips Michelle provided through my sessions to help reduce tension has been valuable too.

I highly recommend Maitland Wellness Centre. Every interaction I experienced at MWC was friendly, compassionate and professional. I had been in awful pain for over a month with joint and muscle stiffness and after only one massage from John the pain has receded and I feel so much better. I plan to return to consolidate the good outcomes already achieved. Very grateful to have such skilled and kind people in our midst. ?

Absolutely terrible service. I went in agony and she decided to mainly do acupuncture because of my pregnancy. I had needles put in and left for about 20-25mins each side. Then she for some bizarre reason would only cup one side hip and shoulder. The cups were left on for about 20 seconds then removed. Wiped a little oil on my hips and shoulders for about 30 seconds and said she doesn’t want to do too much in one day! $92

WOW!!! Absolutely Incredible experience! I was in absolute agony from my knees to the tip of my toes for the last week and half and was Desperate for some sought of pain relief I had taken pain killers , tried home remedies and the pain just would not stop! I rang the Wellness centre and was greeted with a Beautiful Cheerful Receptionist Linda who was so kind and helpful . Linda suggested with the sought of pain I was experiencing that John the massage therapist was very experienced and would probably best know how to help relieve pain ! Wow she wasn't wrong? John gave me the best massage I have ever had and the morning after I woke up painfree it was like a Miracle! So just wanted to say Thankyou to John for helping me be pain free and the Lovely Linda for suggesting John and her warm happy friendly welcome I recieved and the other staff member .They are all Incredibly kind.genuine,professional bunch of people!
