Have used this clinic when it was located at the Albion Centre in Maitland and had a good experience.
This was my first visit to the new clinic.

My appointment was for a skin check. I had a couple of concerns with my skin that I needed help with. My appointment took minutes. Literally I was less then ten minutes in the practitioners room. Felt very unhappy with the whole experience it felt like I wasted my time and money by attending.
Two of my concerns were partially addressed without resolution and no plan in place to solve the issue. One concern wasn’t even picked up.

I had expected some help and advice but no it was in and out without any adequate explanations. I’m none the wiser with what my skin problems are, no written information no plans in place to help me. Actually went home and googled how I can deal with my problem myself.I was told not to worry about a problem causing me distress when I wanted to have it resolved. It would have taken less then five minutes to have the problem fixed.
Extremely unhappy.

If I’d read the reviews posted here I would not have attended. There are similar experiences being shared. Be very careful which doctor you chose if you must go to this clinic. My practitioner was very disappointing.

Very bad experience.
Will never return.

I have to admit I was nervous about having this appointment! But they were fantastic, knowledgeable and ran on time (which is so rare these days). The staff are knowledgeable and so helpful!

I had my appointment at Maitland skin cancer clinic today and omg the reception staff were very friendly and kind and caring the doctors at this clinic were super helpful and very great with bedside manner and explained everything to me I could not have been any happier with there service and I would highly recommend this clinic to all my family and friends I can’t wait for my next appointment thank you Maitland skin cancer clinic .
