Doctor helped with my ear infection but refused to do my mental health plan. Said I had to choose between one or the other because of other patients. I really needed someone that day and y'all failed me. I understand we have a schedule but I have had to wait longer because of others needing help so why couldn't they take an extra few minutes to sort out a psychologist for me I generally don't want to address my mental health with you guys ever again.

Took my daughter to see Dr D Hanson.
He was great with my daughter. He Listen to everything she had to say and took the time to explain everything to her.

I attended this clinic with my father, a 79yr old Samoan male. We met with Dr Changwai.
It was amazing to see the change in dad to be able to converse about his health matters in the Samoan language and to get a good grasp and understanding of the medications he was (or was not) previously given, his health conditions and his light bulb moments. I put it down to language, Dr Changwai reading dad’s responses and follow up questions. I’m so glad dad has a new GP, she’s amazing!!!

The staff were very professional and helpful in helping me get more prescribed medication as mine ran out. No even one star.

One of my legs was getting infected, due to a rooster attack. I just needed a 4 minutes or less consultation x a antibiotics prescription. The receptionist said that they could not be able to seen me even thou it was an emergency.

I went to the hospital and waited almost 4 hours for the prescription. The doctor only took one minute to see me and left. He came back with the prescription I needed.
