So you come here, you wait in a room full of sick people coughing and sneezing. Then there are doctors here M. Gout and A. Emin who only take regulars. How do you become a regular is the reception don’t allow you see them. I sure it based on the doctors orders. You go in and ask to see the quickest Doctor as you don’t to wait around in a room full of coughing and sneezing people but you are waiting while the “regulars” are in and out in 10 mins. I don’t get it. Doctors change your policy.

This place not deserve any star at all.stay away from this place.I am writing to express my frustration with the service at this medical centre,Despite having an appointment scheduled for 3:45 PM today, I have been waiting for over two hours, and it is now 6:00 PM with no indication of when I will be seen. This situation is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Dr Ong is one of the best Doctor and most caring and sincere person I’ve met he cares about his patients and makes sure they’re looked after properly and professionally, takes his time and makes sure patients are treated well and cared for. I’d give this place 10 stars if possible. Went to see him about my health concerns sent me to ER immediately to make sure I was ok, he had concerns about my test results he performed and for that I’m extremely grateful. ✌️Reza

Always so friendly, from the beautiful girls at the desk to the smiles from the other staff. I am always well cared for, Dr Ogut knew I needed spinal surgery after I told him only 2 symptoms. I even thought it was a mere pulled muscle in my hip, while accompanied by the experience's of 'menopause'. Dr Ogut sent me off for scans and 'walluh' he was 100% spot on ! I have seen 2 other Doctors here as well and the level of care was as caring, this is what these Doctors here do...Care !!

The medical centre’s receptionists were very nice, well collected and organised. It helped me book efficiently and effectively making it a priority not to waste the customers time. Additionally the convenient location provides an excellent service for customers in the vicinity such as me, justifying why I gave this centre 5 stars as well as why I recommend this centre to anyone seeking medical care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Murat Ogut at main st medical for 7 years and have not turned back. The receptionist ladies are always clean & well presented with a smile, there is plenty of pamphlets & information for when needed, sanitation stations to clean our hands. Highly recommend Dr. Ogut as he is patient and doesn’t just brush me off like some doctors have in the past. He has listened to all my concerns and has always provided me with the correct information. thank you Dr. Ogut

Main Street Family Medical is the most convenient and reliable medical centre there is. Dr Ogut has supported me through personal sickness and I can’t thank him enough. This medical centre bulk bills which few centres are still doing and doesn’t leave you out of pocket. The new receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful and you rarely have to wait to have your call answered.
