Unprofessional practitioners and staff. They just play with your health. Its been a month that i was waiting for my midwife to call as Dr. Kazmi told me that referral had been sent.
But when I called maternity hospital to follow up they said they never received one.
Again, I went to Dr. Shaista Khan to send referral again. She said she will send it but again it was never sent. Until 16 weeks they did not send my referral.
They are just sitting there for money. Reception staff is so unprofessional and rude.

They said bulk billing but I have received invoice from my pathology that I need to pay the amount I have done from my General blood test. So Disappointed I cant get all the money that I paid for through my insurance instead of doing it for their patient to settle all their expenses they will allow the clients to do it for themselves.

I had a telehealth appt on 12 June 2025 at 12.10 pm and the doctor still hasn't called after 2 hours. I am still in 5th position for call and the reception number keeps saying you are caller number 4 and your turn will come in 1 minutes which doesn't. Have a really sick baby and I'm very sick too, not sure how to cancel my appointment I know doctors run behind but even after 2 hours im in the 5th position, beyond comprehension.

One of the worst medical centre ever. Especially, Dr. Shaista Khan is extremely unprofessional. She always keeps you waiting for hours even if you have already booked your appointment online or in advance.

I had a visit with Sayed Kazmi, he was okay at first but gradually he declined all communication. I did tell him that I reside in regional Victoria which makes it hard for me to visit the clinic frequently but apparently he doesn’t care! Very disrespectful

WORST EXPERIENCE:

As patient, I am sharing my disappointing experience at this clinic.
Unfortunately, I have consistently encountered lengthy delays with scheduled appointments, averaging 2 hours.
Patients who booked phone appointments, have worst experience due to poor management, phone appoitments takes on average 3 hours delay, infact patient need to call again and again to clinic just for their schedule appointments.
Furthermore, obtaining medical certificates is a challenge, requires multiple calls, adding to the frustration.
I hope the clinic will address these issues to improve patient care and satisfaction.
