I have completed two rounds of Mothers Group with Maia Mothers over the last 2.5 years and loved every minute of them. Emma is great at helping women find common ground to use for connection. I’ve also visited the clinic for nutrition, acupuncture and massage services. It’s a space designed for women to feel comfortable, seen and held and it definitely makes me feel that way.

She Shimmer and Magnetic Mother was an absolutely magical journey with Emma. Emma is so easy to connect with, and the way she holds space for woman is incredible. I was able to completely open up and be vulnerable. These programs are incredible and I would 100% encourage every mum to do them.

I have seen other professional throughout my life journey, naturopaths, psychologist, nutritionist etc. but the way this program brings it all together just makes it click.

Going through these programs have unlocked a whole new world for me of self discovery. It has given me entirely new appreciation for my physical body and who I am. Is the outcome what I aspect, absolutely not but it's the outcome I needed to move forward in my own motherhood journey. I am not perfect, and I also no longer have the desire to be perfect but to just love myself and who I am which is giving me the space to work through so many things in my life.

I feel confident that I have the tools now that when shit ineffidably gets hard, I can pick myself back up because I understand myself so much more and can recognize so much more in myself than what I ever have.

I also love the fact that as this journey unfolds I still have access to Emma when I need.

I’ve seen Lauren, Ariel and Emma at Maia Mothers and have always left feeling so uplifted by their knowledge, skills, and treatments. While motherhood isn’t part of my journey as such, there’s nowhere else I’d rather go - such a warm, welcoming space.

Thank you Emma. You have no idea how happy I am with the results from your program. After a traumatic birth with my second son, I felt dark and sad and was really struggling with PTSD and PND from my birth. Not somewhere I wanted to be with two little kids. I joined your program as a friend recommended it and it was something I always wanted to do, to work on myself. Finally my husband and I decided to take the leap and after the online work and our sessions I feel free, and it’s surreal how light and happy I feel. I’ve learnt more about myself, my childhood and how I want my future to look like for our kids. Not only I’m thankful for your work I’m ready to spread my joy and what I’ve learnt from you. I see my birth differently and looking at my son now I no longer get flashbacks I just see joy, strength and safety. A complete 180 turn. Thank you. I can’t say thank you enough.

Rachel was incredibly helpful with supporting and getting me underway with a successful breastfeeding journey. I had a very tricky time with breastfeeding my first baby so I was very apprehensive about how it would go with my second baby.
I met with Rachel prior to baby being born so I felt prepared with tips and tricks and confident to manage anything that came up while I was in hospital and also to manage other nursing staff / midwives’ opinions. I was also confident to speak up in hospital and have my baby’s tongue tie released by day 3 from Rachel’s guidance.
After I returned home, Rachel came to visit as soon as possible as I was running into some problems. She helped me to problem solve them and gave me the reassurance that everything was “working” as it should. At my final visit from Rachel we were able to weigh baby and confirm everything was tracking well so far, which is a huge relief!
I won’t hesitate to reach out to Rachel as other issues pop up throughout my breastfeeding journey. Thank you Rachel!!
