People complain about the waiting time, however, the Doctors here, especially Dr Wong are thorough and heavily invested in their patients. If my Doctor is running late because of this reason then that is a wait well worth waiting for. Friendly and thorough practice. Dr Wong is straight to the point and leaves no stone unturned.

The Doctors here have absolutely no regard or respect for the time of their patients.. For example, the doctor I am waiting to see walked past me as I waited to check in with reception. He then made a phone call at my appointment time. I’ve now waited 25 minutes past my appointment time for him to get off the phone.

Last time I was here, I waited over an hour, only then to be shifted to another doctor. The initial doctor I’d been waiting to see had NO appointments before me.

If they have other things they want to do, perhaps appointments shouldn’t be made at that time.

Excellent staff. Very friendly. Dr Wong is amazing. He gave me practical, real world advice. I highly recommend this medical centre. I phoned to make a booking, and found myself speaking to the doctor within 20 minutes. Very clean and comfortable offices. Handy location. Located opposite NSW Parliament House. Close to all public transport. Paid parking is available in nearby office buildings and at The Domain.

Macquarie Street Health is a fantastic practice. It's run extremely efficiently. I've never found it difficult to get an appointment, and the secretaries are brilliant -- especially Pelen, the practice manager, who was really great in helping me get a prescription in time. Dr Stephanie Arasu is also absolutely amazing. I've come to her a few times with mental health issues, and she's made me feel very safe and supported. I genuinely couldn't have got through the first tricky few months in Sydney without Macquarie Health. Thank you, team ❤!!

Dr Piliotis has been my doctor for over 5 years now. I have to travel quite a distance to see him (we've moved), and do so as he is actually listens; is very thorough and gives very practical advise when needed. Highly recommended.

Do love the practice. It’s handy to me and handy to the pathology. Dr Lovell is very thorough so, as a result, often runs late.
