Warren was professional, knowledgeable and able to communicate with me in a manner that was understandable. It was also appreciated when he took the time to text through the results of x-rays in order to alleviate my worries. The ladies at reception were also friendly and proficient making me feel welcomed and in trusted hands.

Yesterday I saw Beth for my knee injury. She was lovely and took the time to run through why I was feeling pain in various parts of my leg and why. I was very grateful that Beth explained why I was experiencing pain and suggested exercises to address my injury.

Absolutely 5 stars. Warren was amazing. So happy I chose to go to Macquarie Physio. And Yvonne at reception went above and beyond to assist in obtaining all relevant paperwork from my doctor.

I would recommend Jennifer Rose. I had a very sore neck and exercises I had done previously were not helping. She was able to massage and release a lot of the stiffness and pain. She tested to see how irritated my nerve was as I have been diagnosed before with radiculopathy. She gave me new exercises to try and showed me on the anatomy chart where the muscles attach and this explains head pain in the area. I am a nurse and I was able to explain easily but I recognise that she is a very good practitioner and is thorough and is looking to improve my pain and support me. Very approachable person too.

5 star experience for so many reasons. Starting from the reception to consultation with physio, every interaction was positive and motivating. I reached out to Macquarie physiotherapy, after having a prolapse on my lower back and I was worried about my health condition. After spending time with Aaron, I felt so motivated with his clear cut instructions and depth of knowledge. Now i am in first week of treatment and I already feel so much better.

A friend recommended Macquarie Physiotherapy for my lower back and knee issues. I'm so impressed with the therapy and advise I received. From the moment I walked through the door the reception staff were friendly and attentive. My appointment with Warren was not rushed as he took the time discuss the reason why I decided to have Physiotherapy. Less than 24hrs on I've achieved tremendous results from my therapy.
