Everyone we met, were friendly and helpful. The nurse Skylar was absolutely wonderful. When Skylar met us at reception she introduced herself, not rushing us along. I explained to her my husband was deaf in one ear and only 60%hearing in his other ear and immediately she adjusted her speech so he could hear her, also facing him so he could lip read what she was saying. Skylar told us what would happen, and how long we would be there, showed us where the bathroom was, told us we could get something to eat or drink at the cafe. Told us we could use the t.v. asked if we had questions and told us where she would be sitting if we needed her. Exceptional care.

I recently had a CT scan at MMI, and I was extremely impressed with the level of service. The staff were very kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, putting me at ease throughout the process. My case required an urgent report, and they were incredibly efficient, delivering it the very next day. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received and highly recommend MMI for their excellent service and dedication to patient care.

Not the best of service.
Had a severe cardiac issue and paid 600 for a scan. No Medicare refund!
3 weeks later and another emergency call out due to heart scare still no scan report or feedback sent to my GP or consultant. Pretty bad service all round!

I had to get an ultrasound done and I walked into the clinic. One of the receptionists told me there was a slot available in 40mins and told me to drink 1L by that time. So I returned in time for the appointment, with a full bladder, only to be told that she made a mistake and the next appointment is after an hour. I really didn’t expect such incompetence from someone working there.

I had to have an MRI enterography a few days ago at MMI, and I cannot express my appreciation for all the staff there enough. Unfortunately, my veins are shocking and I had to have an ultrasound to insert the cannula. The staff explained the process, were really empathetic, and kind. I cannot commend their professionalism or kindness enough. Thank you to every person that was involved in my care and procedure, you were all so wonderful.

Recently came in with my husband for drain under CT scan. He is an anxious patient and Meg and the team went above and beyond to help calm his nerves and provide reassurance throughout the whole process. On time service, fees explained thoroughly prior to appointment.

My Father Stayed at Macquarie hospital and had to get an MRI here. It's not covered under MEDICARE. $460 out of pocket.
Make sure you get your scans elsewhere and maybe go to another hospital .

Excellent experience today.. Appointment was on time and the two scans were done quickly and efficiently, within about half an hour (no waiting time!). Everyone was polite and friendly.
