Been a patient of Dr Jeremy Smith for 10+ years and I would not go to another doctor. He is kind, attentive, always helpful -- whether you need a telehealth appointment, a referral faxed over, a script sent to a pharmacy, his opinion sent to a Dr overseas. His diagnostic skills are second to none, and his approach never patronising (which is so refreshing and rare). I highly recommend him, Joan and the rest of the team at Macleay Street Medical, noting that parking is an issue in Potts Point, so do go early!

I have been a client of this excellent practice for many years. Joan, the regular receptionist, is a darling. Very patient and helpful with everyone. Especially those with endless questions on the other end of the phone.
Dr. David Townson is my doctor and I was very fortunate to be allocated to him when I first attended the practice many years ago. David has always been spot on with his diagnosis and quick to refer me to specialist support when required which has happened on at least two occasions. (He is also very quick to tell you off if you don't take your medication). I didn't know that blood test results would show that! Hahaha. Sorry David. I'll behave myself in the future. On one occasion I returned from the country and arrived at the practice very late. Dr. Jeremy Smith was still there and diagnosed me with serious Pneumonia. Fortunately he prescribed a strong anti-biotic which started me on a long road to recovery. Last but not least is Gabby. If you need an injection for what ails you, Gabby will provide it. If you want a very professional medical practice you can't go wrong seeking advice at Macleay Street Medical Practice.

Receptionist was extremely unhelpful when it came to booking an appointment and stated that they would not take bookings for a new patient after 5:30pm. I would not recommend this practice as the mannerism was very unprofessional.

I've been visiting the practice for nearly 20 years and can't fault it.
Even when I moved well out of the area I stayed with them.
A recent experience shortly after covid-19 restrictions came into place highlighted the care.
I arrived without an appointment in severe pain & floods of tears from a prolapsed disc.
Fiona let me in, put me in a warm, dark room with a blanket until a doctor could see me.
The kindness shown that day made all the difference.
