I have been going here for awhile to the mackay private hospital hydo therapy the staff is very friendly and they get in the heated pool and the physios are so helpful with my recovery from a injury I have received

I emailed the office of Dr Rana twice last week and also called last Thursday to let them know that I can't make my appointment on 27/4 and I asked if they could swap my appointment with someone who has a later one. The receptionist I spoke to at the time said she will pass the message on and someone will contact me.

A receptionist I spoke to this morning informed me that my appointment has been cancelled, and that they do not call around to move appointments, the receptionist also said that she doesn't have the time to call people to move appointments around.

The receptionist said my only option is to be moved to the bottom of the list (August)

Most other practices are happy to move appointments around to suit a customer but that option doesn't seem to be available at this clinic.

Try not to be unavailable for your appointment with Dr Rana otherwise you will be pushed to the back of the line. My wait was going to be another four months.

My daughter was referred to Dr Rana and she was listened to and looked after very well by Dr Rana as well as the administrative department. From referral to diagnosis and treatment plan everything ran quickly, smoothly and efficiently!

Terrible staff who don’t seem to ACTUALLY CARE about their clients and rather just want a full work schedule in which they can charge extreme rates to pay for their own problems which they CLEARLY have. Would NOT recommend to anyone, especially Dr. Henderson

I was seeing Paul Henderson and missed my second appointment (the one after the initial consultation), and now he refuses to see me ever again in the future, even though he earns $400 an hour
