Called to get the date when my son's diabetes care plan was due - always due in January but need the date as a new one cannot be done before the old one expires - spoke to Santi who was clearly confused, repeating when the referrals were sent, September and July. When I advised that I was after the care plan date, Santi yelled at me stating she was getting it, however was not open to listening to the actual request. Had she listened, she would have only had to open the two visits to the clinic in January 2023 assuming the visits are sorted by date. After yelling at me Santi then proceeded to end the call. Bewildered is an understatement.
I called back to be advised that the practice manager 'Leesal' was not in and was transferred to 'Kylie' the office manager. Kylie was also rude but far less so then Santi given Santi's extremely poor behaviour. I would avoid this practice at all costs and will advise everyone I know to do the same. It makes alot more sense now why this practice bulk bills because if they didn't, they wouldn't have patients.

Worst experience I have EVER had with a doctor. The female doctor I seen was dismissing & extremely rude.
Never in my life have I gone to a doctor & they have made me feel as though I am lying about the issues happening. I can completely understand how people go untreated for so long because that experience alone has left me feeling worse than I walked in. I do not recommend any female go for any sort of female issues
- I promise you they DO NOT CARE.

There is no follow through with the Gp I have seen. Almost dismissive with presenting symptoms. Have had to organise own referrals, not initially presented as an option. Will be looking for a new Gp.

I took my sleep study to get GP signature which i was supposed to get it few months ago but i havent heard from them. They charged me for a signature. its unbelievable and embarrassing . 😡

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t care.
They just like to completely waste your time.
I have seen 3 different doctors here and everyone here just makes me feel like I am a number in the system. Doctors don’t investigate they don’t care or ask questions they can’t print out a script for some random medication and get you out the door quick enough. Waste of time and resources.

I Came into this practice wanting a simple skin check as someone who gets anxious going into doctors. I sat there listening to the rude receptionist and the little care towards patients.
After waiting 30minutes for my appointment I was informed the doctor I booked in with doesn’t perform skin checks. I mentioned I would also like to get a referral for blood tests so I could make sure my levels were all okay. She then proceeded to ask questions that didn’t have anything to do with what I came in for, she also requested tests that I did not need and also proceeded to ask if I’d like to discuss my “mental health issues” after talking with me for 10mins. There was no patient care and I left feeling disgusted in the way this consult was dealt with and will not be coming back to this practice.

I'm a chronic care patient and my last dealing with this practice was extremely bad, I had to cancel my appointment due to me getting covid, of course I was dealing with the practice manager, well she was so rude, unapologetic and I had to force her to find an alternative to me even talking to my doctor, all she came up with is "well, you got covid, you cant" you cant catch covid over the phone, not that im aware of. There is very little respect at this practice for patients

I've not had any issue with the doctors, but the reception staff are awful. I came from a practice where everyone was so lovely, I don't think I've ever seen a smile from any of the reception ladies. I arrived 10 minutes early for an 11:30 appointment. I had my 3 children under the age of 3 with me. By 12pm they were all starving and the 2 youngest were crying and getting very restless. The receptionist just kept looking at me but with zero communication as to why I had been the only one waiting for so long. At 12:30 I went to ask where the doctor was but ended up just walking out as I could not have waited any longer.
