I came here today and had a fantastic experience with Kim at Mackay Ears 🤩

A few weeks ago I bought a different brand then I usually use of silicon ear plugs. About ten days ago, I woke up to a blocked ear. I knew immediately it was the silicone ear plug.. I tried to remove it myself and couldn’t.

I went to work a few days ago and my boss asked me why I was rubbing my ear so much and I expained what had happened-she thoroughly recommended Mackay Ears, and told me how great a job they do with her husbands ear-wax removal.

I came here today and the lovely owner Kim sat me down and calmly explained what she was going to do. She then used a micro suction procedure to remove a chunk of pink silicone ear plug!! It was a very quick and smooth procedure and I cannot recommend this service enough!🤩

Also-the studio is very clean , calm, smells lovely and is very comforting.

5 star service and Mackay is lucky to have this service and wonderful owner Kim ❤️

Great Experience.
Kim did an amazing job looking after myself and my 3 year old daughter who's ears were completely blocked! The process was pain free, with Kim explaining every step of the process, whilst also educating us about how to maintain our ear hygiene.
I've had to get my ears drained at a doctors clinic twice a year, often with a 10 day process beforehand putting waxol in every evening for 5 minutes a side. Safe to say, Kim's process was easier, less invasive and much more pleasant.

I can’t recommend Kim at Mackay Ears highly enough! I walked in feeling stressed, unable to hear through one ear, and experiencing pain—I was worried I had an infection. Kim’s calm and experienced approach instantly put me at ease. She explained everything clearly and used her specialized equipment to gently and effectively remove the built-up wax. The relief was immediate—now I can hear again! Her service and knowledge are fantastic. If you’re having ear troubles, don’t hesitate to see Kim!

I had the pleasure of going to Mackay Ears earlier today.
Kim was awesome and the process was fast and clean. Much more comfortable than irrigation ever was. The amount of wax removed was quite surprising and it's wonderful to be able to hear again.
