Charged my friend $166 if you go over 20 minutes for a general Consult with not scripts or referrals. Did not warn Patient of Cost beforehand and did not help patient.
I do not know how they can call themselves a general practice that cares for patients if they time their appointments like this.

I booked an appointment for 12:00 and only got accepted at 12:45. I don’t know why the doctors were walking around blabbering about nothing and ignoring other patients. In my opinion talking about something irrelevant during your shift is highly inappropriate, I mean isn’t that what lunch breaks are for, seriously guys please do better

I have been a patient of Dr McCroary for over 25 years he is an exceptional caring doctor who I truly trust explicitly. He takes the time to listen & truly cares. The nurse Jess is amazing very knowledgeable. The staff and other doctors at the Practice are all professional and friendly I would hesitate anyone from attending Macarthur General Practice

* 7 Week wait for an appointment
* 3 hour wait to see Dr Ken McCroary yet Ken himself arrives at the surgery 2 hours late. Ken used to be a brilliant GP 15 years ago but his greed has gotten the better of him and puts himself first and patients second.
* Reception staff are rude.
* My advice find yourself a new GP for you and your faimly.

When you find a Good Doctor. Its worth the wait. Yes there can be delays seeing the Doctor. However the quality of care is worth the wait.
