Rude staff that are unprofessional and inappropriate, participate in bullying and harassment of innocent people, complaints get swept under the rug, and staff continue to cause trouble.

Bassed on this, i personally WOULD NOT RECOMEND THEM due to unprofessional work ethic and lack of boundries between staff and clients, and the fact that complaints are not taken seriously by HR.

I do not need to have been a client to make a review of your company, and the interactions i have had with you, I am deffinetly talking about the company MACARTHUR CARE

I suggest you think about how your HR worker talks to the people that call.

I have been with Macarthur care for just short of 1 year. Because I've had bad experiences with multiple providers i had my guard up. I've now come to realise that not all providers are the same. I have my regular support worker who has been very reliable and accommodating. Macarthur care are cheaper than my last provider so i have been able to use that saving to book extra time for my community access. I hope this 5* service continues.

Macarthur care has been such a positive decision for our family to have such caring people in our Mother's life. It has taken such a weight off the family with having the support from reliable attentive people. Mum raves about how much she enjoys the company and having her visits with them. It has made her much brighter and happier with getting back her independence that they have given her. You have given back her life and no words can explain how important that is and grateful we are as a family.
I would recommend Macarthur care for anyone that is needing nursing services for a loved one or for yourself. I would encourage you to speak with Laura, she explained how the services worked and made everything clear.

We use macarthur care for my mother. Always very caring, on time they go above and beyond for her needs. She has the same nurse which is comforting as they are in a routine. The staff always jump to our needs. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
