Had a pleasure working with Danica as she did an inspo make up for my daughters Graduation. She was able to color match her different facial tones to the max. She also explained about the products she used while showing my daughter what specific targets to hit when contouring. We did end up buying a concelor pallet which Danica used. The other staff was super friendly too. Finishing touches were done by David, who had a sparkling vibe and attitude. And the backround music was great - Aventura.

took my daughter for a free 15 min makeover before her senior portraits, and they spent over half an hour making sure she looked amazing with ZERO sales pressure (we had to run right after to make her time slot but will def be back to get that amazing concealer!)

I never knew what the big deal was with MAC cosmetics until on the recommendation of a friend, I decided to visit the new boutique in DelAmo. Although she raved about her new foundation, I remained skeptical because I’ve always had a difficult time getting matched with the correct shade. I had tried nearly all of the prestige brands at the department and beauty stores, even ones specializing in Asian skin tones, and yet I’d always end up with foundations that looked pink, ashy/olive/tawny, and once, even orange! And the most disappointing part was that I would almost always be recommended a shade that ended up being too dark for me. (Unfortunately, an earlier experience at a MAC counter was no different.)

All of that changed when I was assisted by one of this store’s Assistant Managers, Jonathan. From his insightful questions about my concerns and expectations/hopes for a foundation, he was not only able to determine the best one for me -- it literally becomes one with my skin! – to his apparent knowledge of makeup, I was most impressed how he was able to expertly select the perfect shades for me on the first try: one for now while my skin still remains a bit tanned from the long Summer as well as later when my skin pales a bit during Winter.

I also wanted to mention how welcome all of the staff here make me feel whenever I stop by to see what’s new with their warm greetings, always quick to offer their assistance. Many such stores seem to cater primarily to a much younger demographic so I especially appreciate this point! My thanks and huge kudos to Jonathan and crew!!

I absolutely loved Jonathan so much!!! He knows his makeup so well that it's unbelievable! Do not doubt him and if you ever have an questions about any products he's the person to go to. He guessed that I was an NC42 just by looking at me and was able to give me everything that went so perfectly with my face. I loved him so much I had to ask to get a picture with him! Lol. He was amazing, my mom and I are still in awe over him. You rarely find people who do their job right and you barely ever find people who absolutely love their job but Jonathan sure does both. I don't know if he's going to pursue a career in cosmetics but I pray that he does. The way some people do their makeup, the world needs Jonathan expertise!

I'm giving it 2 stars because there is an employee there by the name of johnathan,
And he is rude and annoying and has a attitude on him. Every time I come in, he has an issue with me. One day he argued with me about my skin tone. And even the other people were telling him I was right.. Maybe he's color blind.
And he does wear glasses. Then another time I was looking at the displayed foundations, not touching just looking, and all of a sudden I hear him say, don't do it! We have testers right behind you and rolled his eyes. Like damn, I wasn't even touching it. It really makes me not want to go in.
I think I'll stick with the Macy's Mac.

Omg Shelly and Omg Summer these girls know their products and we're so kind to me. They helped me find my new foundation and concealer. Their customer service was amazing!!! #GlitterTrinity lol they made my trip to MAC a blast <3

When we went in it felt like they didn't really care and I think it was because we didn't have make up on or look like we have loads of cash maybe?idk point is I dont feel comfortable going in mac anymore

Loved this branch!!! Will definitely return. Staff was beautiful outside and in. The store is super neat and swanky.
