Questionable ethics at best, somehow get sent a new guard every week since they seem to have zero pre-employment checks, the past 6 guards I’ve seen on phones.

I have been am employee with MA Services Group as a security guard for a little over a year now. I have ten years industry experience and can honestly say that MA Services Group have been one of the best security companies i have worked for.
The management are very engaging and always available to talk and resolve any issues that arise weather that be something that needs attention on site or any admin related enquiries. Particularly my manager Daniel B.
Proir to commencing my employment for MA i was considering leaving the security industry due to negative experiences with previous security companies and considered changing careers - however since i have started working for MA it has reignited my passion for the industry knowing i have the support of the company and seeing first hand how they not only just have respect for their clients but also for their employees too.

Just visited Coles Burwood and the retail guard from MA was fantastic. He was very friendly, Helped me with my bags. Greeted me with a smile. Really impressed to see some people go above and beyond their way to make their customers happy.
His name was Syed. Deserve a raise.

Hey so I just wanted to leave a review, I saw a guard in your Coles store who was very kind and considerate and gave me lots of information when I was looking for certain things he demonstrated a lot of local knowledge and gave me a sense of security and care will definitely be talking about MA and the guard for a bit.
