The reception staff are friendly and accommodating. I walked in without an appointment but got the scan I needed in minutes. The lab staff very thorough, explains the procedure well, sees you are okay from the time you lie down to the moment you leave the examination room.

I had an ultrasound recently and was lucky to have Cathy as my sonographer. She was incredibly professional, gentle, and made the whole experience so comfortable. Cathy explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure I felt at ease throughout the scan. Her calm and friendly nature truly stood out. I really appreciated her care and expertise. thank you, Cathy, for making what could have been a stressful visit feel so reassuring. Highly recommend her!

Excellent experience at this imaging center. They are very accommodating and professional. I was seen at the scheduled appointment time. The process was well explained and done with care and expertise. I would highly recommend this center; although parking is at a premium, there are plenty of parking spots on nearby streets.

I am disappointed in the way a women spoke to me over the phone in regards to a follow up pregnancy ultrasound. Not knowing I already had an ultrasound the week before, she tried to explain the payment information over the phone, referring to 'if there is a baby you will have to pay and if there is no baby you wont have to pay" for someone who has struggled with infertility and miscarriages this is not how to speak to another women about her early pregnancy. There is NO need to tell or discuss this information prior to an ultrasound. I have been to many appointments and experienced a miscarriage where they kindly tell you this when leaving the office. I am disgusted that another women would say this not knowing how anxious already this person is.
