Worst customer service ever experienced, on hold for over 1/2 hr, then disconnected. Following day, on hold for almost an hour, no answer, still no contact regarding my app which, has now passed.

Honestly such a disappointment both experiences. There is a lovely lady that is on reception with long hair (dance mum) can't remember her name. However the rest was just disappointing. I asked if could get help to set up my online portal and was told that they don't have the time to help with that and to look online? Then I asked if I could make another appointment and I had the referral there and was told no we aren't doing that just email your email and we will get back to you and passed me a slip of paper with the email. Other reception staff was just hostile and judgemental. I understand you may deal with shitty people or your having a bad day but every person is going through there own stuff and shouldn't be looked down upon.

ALSO I seen it happen to three people there - MAKE SURE IF YOU HAVE A CONCESSION THEY CHARGE YOU THE CORRECT OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE !!!! otherwise they will charge you full expense. (Then you receive rebate through Medicare) BUT can be a big gap.

Not helpful with calling DVA to fund my imaging. Telling me it takes 6 months to get hear back from them when they can just call.

No regard for veteran health and the mental strain that it causes. I’ll just sit in pain for 6 months.

The lady I spoke to was quite rude and didn’t seem to care at all.

They don't answer the phone at York St, left holding for ages to be cut of twice, left message third time they never called back. Called Mayo and fortunately they could book in. I'd like to leave zero star for York St.
