Excellent service ftom beginning to end. The initial phone enquiry was handled professionally and efficiently with execellent communication and information. When I attended on the 17th April, the receptionist was friendly, professional and reminded me to drink water which I was grateful for. The technician who completed the CT was professional with excellent communication, kept checking on me, cannula was painless. 100 percent recommend Lumus in Springfield. Linda

Paige was the lovely Receptionist who was very accommodating.
I was attended to by Hoa who was very nice and Bailey.
Bailey was Absolutely Fantastic. A Beautiful Manner, Patient, and Kind. He certainly made a nervous patient feel more relaxed.
Doctor Caroline made the Procedure for me very easy.

Great team! I showed up on a Saturday and was met by Tina who was so lovely and got me in almost straight away. The beautiful Diane then did my CT scan.

I needed to get my father in for an urgent CT on a weekend, our usual places weren’t open, I’m glad I found Lumus online, they were great. Plenty of free parking, nice waiting area, check in easy, and the staff were excellent. As fate had it this same weekend; after a fall; my son needed an X-ray for his foot. Two unrelated visits and a smooth and pleasant experience both times. It will now be our first choice for any imaging.
