I required an x ray of both my knees prior to a specialist appointment. I found the reception staff member who assisted me very pleasant and helpful. The x ray procedure was completed with a thorough, caring and professional manner. A very positive experience.

Woeful. Am trying to ring on behalf of my 90 year old aunt about her appointment. They never answer the phone. Just on hold indefinitely until the system tells you finally to leave a message.

MRI was referred by GP but Lumus Brookvale was fully booked, so instead they booked me into Lumus Northern beaches. It wasn't explained to me that this particular MRI machine is not covered by Medicare, unlike Brookvales. Otherwise I would have waited or gone to the hospital

Great experience at Lumus! The staff were professional, efficient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The technician and Doctor explained everything clearly, and the cortisone injection was quick and relatively painless. Highly recommend for anyone needing imaging or injections.

Great experience at NBH Lumus imaging yesterday as I was asked if I’d like to see my MRI result which was very refreshing as usually the results aren’t shown. Loved seeing it and it explained why I have pain. Thank you- very much appreciated.
