5 stars ! The receptionist are so beyond lovely and helpful. They got me in the same day and made sure I was looked after. I have trauma from previous ultrasound experience so was quite anxious initially going into my appointment.
My tech I think her name was Veronica, Was so so kind, and understanding. She talked me through the whole process and explained everything she was doing with details. I definitely won’t go anywhere else for any future scans. I wish I remembered the receptionists name, she was so lovely and sweet! I went Wednesday the 8th of may at 11:30am. So whoever was on at this point thank you for your kindness and help.

Good service at Lumus Imaging Narre Warren. They make sure you’re comfortable and telling you the procedure they going to do. Only the parking is the problem but there are some parking spots in near shops so have to walk which is not so concern.

I called for a last minute 20 week pregnancy scan today and i was given a call back to fit me in the same day !!
Which is very hard to get

Receptionist was lovely and efficient.
Wait time was super quick !
The lady who did my scan was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything, as well as being enthusiastic and friendly
I was allowed to video my experience and got way more print outs then expected. There was a second screen for veiwing.
This is my 3rd pregnancy so i have had alot of scans before this was by far the best experience i have ever had THANKYOU Lumus for this memorable experience, very greatful 💖

Couldn’t rate this clinic any higher. I have had multiple scans here over the last couple of years ranging from X-Rays, CT’s, and even my pregnancy ultrasounds. The service I have received from Wendy, Lyn, Gabby and Janelle over this time is exceptional. Right from booking the appointment all the way through to getting my scans and for my pregnancy receiving my print out photos has always been delivered with care and kindness. If I could give this clinic 100 stars I would. Keep delivering the amazing service ladies well done! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️
