I had a series of ultrasounds at Lumus in Nambucca heads recently. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating to slot me in at short notice. Kerrie the sonography was very kind, thorough and efficient with the scans. I would definitely recommend them

Horrible phone service!! Minimum wait time on the phone just to book an appointment is over 20mins!! The longest I've had to wait was an hour!! Just disgusting...
Plus they now charge for all ultrasounds..
They are lovely technicians once your there but seriously 1 hour hold just to book ....

Staff were so friendly and efficient. Didn’t have to wait long at all and everyone was so helpful. Definitely one of the best in the area. Also didn’t realise how many services they offered. Awesome addition to the valley. Would recommend!

I had an ultrasound today at Nambucca Imaging. Cannot fault the service provided. Reception staff were friendly and the technical staff were very helpful and efficient. No waiting. The whole procedure took approximately 20mins. Well done to this new Imaging Centre in Nambucca just what the valley needs.
