Rang and Booked appt for paranasal sinus xray on the 1/12/23 for 4/12/23, had to reschedule due to radiographer being off sick (no problem) rescheduled for 6/12/23 (I organised care for my 3 kids to make this appt).
Upon arrival I’m told they CT the sinus and would not Xray as per my referral and sent me home and told me they’d contact my doctor and get back to me, instead of dealing with this when I made the appointment 6 days ago. I’ve now been dealing with migraines this whole time and who knows how much longer it will be before I actually get my xray done.

Why on earth would they not just call the doctor and confirm whether it’s an xray or CT when I first contacted them rather than 6 days later when I arrive for my xray.

We arrived 15 minutes early for our 9.30 am appointment, someone else arrived as we heard "extremely early" we were made to wait as he was seen before us, we booked the appointment early due to the fact we both had to work later that morning, extremely unprofessional and shouldn't be a first come first serve situation.
