I live outside of Sydney but I was so satisfied with the customer service at Lumus imaging especially from the lovely young lady who did my imaging (I wish i could remember her name)...but she was polite, caring, professional and very happy to share her knowledge when i asked questions. I have other Dr appointments in kogarah that require imaging; and instead of getting X-rays done locally I will most definitely go back to Lumus imaging. Great staff - they are all no doubt v. happy in their roles

Dealt with Zoe over the phone, what a lovely customer service experience. She answered my questions happily and was so patient. Will definitely be coming here for my future appointments! Zoe was one of the best people i have ever dealt with on the telephone, thank you very much!

Very nice experience. I was booked for 2 appointments 1hour apart however I was admitted almost straight away for the 2nd appointment as a nurse Fatima started earlier. Thanks also to Bridgette for the 1st smooth appointment and lovely Vicky at the reception desk. Which was really nice favour and experience.

I always come here for my scans and checkups because I have always had a really good experience here. Friendly staff, knowledgeable practitioners and Doctors who have such a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend.

Went in for some scans this morning. Waited for over 2 minutes just standing at the reception desk and not one person approached me and offered help despite an abundance of staff just standing there chatting to each other and ignoring me. Finally I found someone at the end of the reception desk who wasn't chatting to anyone and told him I had an 8:40 appointment. He walked away seeming to look into it then returned asking if I had spoken to any of the reception staff & I replied that I hadn't and had only spoken to him. That's when he replied rudely and with sarcasm telling me what I should've done instead of approaching him. I replied that I didn't know what their procedures were as I don't work there & simply wanted to be seen to. He went on to speak to me with derision in his voice saying there are signs everywhere. When I asked where- he pointed to an email address stuck on a small section of a desk- then patronised me telling me to be calm. Later when he took me in to perform the x-rays he continued with his insolent attitude, making remarks like "I can read" when I was explaining what I was there to get scanned- which was both shoulders. Absolutely appalling attitude. I won't be back.

The wonderful ladies here were so caring and understanding. I was extremely anxious about having an MRI after a really traumatic experience at another imaging place a few years ago. But these lovely ladies were very reassuring, talking with me throughout the whole MRI and telling me what to expect at each stage of the tests?
I was so relaxed I would have had a nap if it wasn't for the bad rock concert in the head phones?
Should I ever need another MRI this is where I will definitely booking.

The x-ray technical was fantastic - quick and efficient and friendly. I went on a Saturday morning and the wait time was left than 10mins. No need to print the referral from GP if it’s been provided by email you can email it to the medical receptionist there when checking in.
Entry is via South St, not the Princes Highway. There is street parking however it’s not easy to come by. There are two parking stations nearby - the St George private hospital car park behind the imaging centre - approx $10 for one hour. There is also a public car park up the road that a little less expensive.
