The Kempsey service is not telling clients how much the cost of the service really is.
It's been close to two months since I got my scans done and I am now being contacted by debt collection saying I still owe alot of money. I have paid over $200 thus far and this has caused alot of financial hardship due to staffs ignorance.
I do not live in Kempsey so the cost to travel back down there to make yet another payment is going to seriously impact finances.

When a client come to the desk to pay, PLEASE tell them exactly how much it is going to cost them then and there instead of making them drive in and out of town to make several payments over a series of weeks or months in my case. It's a rural town most of the client wouldn't live 5 minutes down the road and have probably waited months for appointments.
It's absolutely disgusting behaviour of staff to be hiding fee costs during a cost of living crisis.

I definitely won't be returning due to the stress and time waisted.

Left me full and Old Geriatric.

On my third visit been treated perfect .Nice professional Medic.
