The Ladies at the front desk were so helpful and lovely, speaking to everybody with care and kindness, very sweet Ladies. The Radiology Technologist was also very understanding of my hearing loss and spoke clearly and slowly to make sure I could hear and understand all the steps I needed to take, nothing was too much trouble for her and no questions was silly, she was checking in with me throughout the experience just to make sure that I was ok. All the staff went above and beyond in the kindest way for everyone that entered the doors. This was the nicest appointment I have been to in quite some time. Thank you to all the staff at Lumus Imagine ☺️🥰

Disgraceful service. Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. Then after waiting 20 minutes I was told that they would not see me today as I hadn't arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I you what somebody to be half an hour early probably a good idea to tell them that.

Lily was so reassuring. It was my first MRI Scan and she was so warm and welcoming. Spoke to me throughout the process and made sure I was going okay. Definitely recommend her for your scanning requirements!

The reception staff...doctor and assistant medical staff were so lovely and made me feel.comforable and confident with their procedure.

Everything was explained to me.of the the procedure what to expect, from the beginning and during and right through to the end.

Staff were really warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Appointment was right on schedule and despite having to have an X-ray as well as an ultrasound, it was a time efficient and fluent process.

During my visit, I observed a lovely interaction between Jessicah and a patient who required a lot of assistance and support. Jessicah was observed to be incredibly kind, patient and went above and beyond to organise a wheelchair and personally wheeling the client into the clinic with the help of another colleague opening the second door panel.

Jessicah is a wonderful representation of the care patients can expect to receive and leaves a lasting positive impression as your first point of contact for Lumus.

I would highly recommend Lumus at Ipswich to my family and friends as the staff genuinely care, are friendly, professional and attentive.

Reception staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. The technician wasn't great. Cannula needle was jammed in my arm and hurt like hell. Then told me I needed to sit "for a few minutes". 20 minutes later tells me it has to be 30 mins. That is not a "few".

Lumus are the premier imaging leaders when it comes to not only prompt & courteous service but realistic help to people who desperately need it.Call them & tell ya story. I ended up getting now 2 bulk billed MRI's in last 2yrs because Lumus saw reason & immediately reacted only days later. Thankyou
