Great customer service and friendly staff. I was seen promptly and sent off with a smile. I couldn't get an appointment with my usual imaging facility, but was offered an appointment much sooner here. Will return.

I went to my appointment that I did on line, it assured me it was confirmed and if there was a cost to the ultra sound , I would be notified, then when I arrived half an hour early, to be told after waiting in the queue that there was a charge.
When I asked why didn't I get told this as per msg , I was told that it was a new system and it was operating properly.
I spoke to Manager and she just said she was sorry but did not appear genuin .
The staff member that originally served me , I asked if there was a bulk billing radiology in the area and she said, I wouldn't know, as I had so much time, I said I will see if I can call around , otherwise will go ahead with my appointment.
I went back to the desk and told them I was having trouble getting through other radiologist, they said my appointment with 5 mins still to spare had been cancelled.
I said I didn't cancel .
They then got me back into the system with original appointment as there was time.
What alot of trouble to have a ultrasound..
I am not happy that I ended up out of pocket and should of been notified to be prepared for this as I am unemployed .

Lumus have always been so helpful. Recently I needed to book a CT injection for my husband who was suffering in so much pain. No other clinics had any spots available a 2-3 month wait. A lovely young lady Shayla did her best to book him sooner by ringing around. She found a cancellation just came through called me back to rebook sooner. we are sitting here right now 2 days after calling getting the treatment he desperately needs. By far the best clinic I have been to! Staff are friendly and courteous and there was very little wait time. The nurse who helped ready me for my scan was wonderful when I had a very upsetting problem and I wouldn't have been able to continue without her caring and calming reassurance. I can't recommend this practice highly enough.
