Extremely long wait times despite pre-booked appointments. This ultrasound shop schedules appointments but consistently disregards the scheduled time, leaving customers waiting indefinitely. I arrived for my booked slot only to wait far longer than reasonable, with no communication or apology for the delay. Poor time management and a lack of respect for clients’ schedules make this service unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time.

I appreciated the assistance and guidance provided by Ms. Emma in making my appointment at the Burwood branch of Lumus. I was most impressed with her attention to detail in explaining the various tasks that I had to undertake prior to my procedure. I was pleased by how Ms. Emma made sure that they had the services at Burwood. I chose Lumus for an ultrasound because of the reviews and I can say that they made me v comfortable. My appointment was on time, bulk billed and the lady who did the scan ensured I was well looked after.
She explained the process well and the front staff were also v pleasant to deal with.
Facilities are clean.

I was given a referral to contact Lumus via my Gp. The receptionist was pleasant and I was seen by the technician within a short time during the late afternoon. During the scan, the sonographer was very skillful in helping with prompts to manipulate the desired joints and quickly identified the issue. I have since been contacted by my GP and there is a good probability that another quick visit is likely to finally resolve the issue.

The staff are always friendly , helpful and as accommodating as they can be with such busy days.
My most recent visit at Burwood was great as the two staff member who were doing a steroid injection on a painful site were both jovial taking my mind off the task at hand as well as reminding respectful and professional

My elderly Mum attended this Burwood practice for a Nerve Root Injection today. The Radiologist Dr G. made the whole procedure painlessly and stress free, especially for a elderly person.

My mum says Dr G. is a fantastic radiologist. She’s always on time, very caring, attentive to detail, and very thorough in her report writing when presenting findings to my mum’s GP.

Both my mum and I find that all the staff that works here are great. They’re very helpful, warm and friendly, and they always provide exceptional customer service. They listen and address any issues and concerns immediately and offer good feedback/proposed solutions.

To the woman receptionist who sits closest to the door area (sorry I did not catch your name!! - I wish to say thank you so much 🙂 )
