I am very frustrated about my recent experience at Lumus Imaging Burpengary. Enquired about booking an appointment online, only be told that I did not need an appointment for an X-ray via email response. I phoned them after their initial response confirming that I definitely do not need an appointment and that I actually would prefer one due to my circumstances. They told me that I would not be waiting long and confirmed I did not need an appointment. So, by the time I get off the phone and made my way over there (40mins) I was told that they can no longer see me and that I need to book an appointment? So dumb and such a stuff around considering I made contact TWICE to book and was told repeatedly that I did not need to. Rude.

I would like to thank the staff when we came in 8/11/2024. My daughter needed an abdominal X-ray and has a lot of anxiety.
The staff were so lovely - we ended up letting two people go in front of us, as we needed a break - but I never felt rushed or stressed by them.
Thank you for your patience. My daughter was quite proud of herself afterwards.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for my son 3 weeks ago, got stuffed around with him & then went in for myself after they had booked my appointment to be told I can’t do my appointment and they told me I should’ve booked it later although they were the ones TO BOOK MY APPOINTMENT. not happy and will never be back.
