The lovely bubbly Muslim lady at reception was fantastic.
I was in quite a lot of pain prior to my scan and she couldn’t have been more understanding and hospitable whilst I was there.
She really brightened my day despite my health issues.

Got an ultrasound done yesterday afternoon.
They advised 24 hours wait and advised it would be in by 3pm this afternoon.
I explained the medical practice has a long wait time to be seen and asked again when the results would be in. I explained I didn’t mind if it was going to take longer but I didn’t want to go into the medical centre for no reason.
They confirmed 24hours again.
Went into the medical practice at 6:30pm today, 2 hour wait! Only for them to advise the report hadn’t been completed. 2 hours of my life wasted because of the wrong information being provided. What a joke.

Blacktown Lumus imaging:
Excellent customer service.

Elizabeth at the front desk is a champion. She is kind, caring and more importantly has lots of patience.

I went with my father who is vision impaired and has very limited mobility but staff from Lumus (Shirley, Elizabeth) has made our visit so easy.

I am thankful and grateful for their kindness.

Other imaging such as western imaging and PRP send the images or pictures to patients 1-2 days later . Then patients can see their reports after they see doctors . This Lumus never send anything to my wife despite being 2 weeks since she had x ray there . I don’t recommend Lumus .

It has been a month since we had X-ray there . They never send us our X-ray image and report yet . Very disappointed. We will never use Lumus again.
