I saw lullaby sleep clinic, over a Year or so ago due to my Job requirements and did their Fraudulent sleep test you are Guaranteed to fail so they can Force you to buy a machine .
I was forced to pay $180 to hear a so called sleep Dr tell me my sleep problems and try to sell me a machine worth $$$ thousands ,
Due to this clinic Fraudulent claims they have cost me thousands in both Dr’s appointments and lost wages .
I finally went to a Newcastle hospital for a sleep study and saw a real specialist.
I have Never or had Sleep Apnea, Let’s see how long it takes to get compensation and a refund of $180 ..

I've been a patient of Dr Dev for well over a year now and have been incredibly happy to have him as part of my health care, he is very helpful and supportive.
I did the sleep test for nightmares and it was so much more comfortable to do it in my own bed than in the hospital

I can only provide a review on service and processes. Treatment outcome is dependent on the individual and fate! The experience exceeded any other when it comes with dealing with a medical specialist. A modern facility and very prompt response times when calling or emailing the centre. Staff are friendly and professional.

The actual meeting was via zoom which I don’t use, but staff guided me through the process smoothly. I was impressed overall with my appointment with Dr Banerjee. He actively listened and treated me as a patient rather than just a number. Very knowledgeable and instilled great confidence that we were working together as a TEAM to address my issues. It’s the way a patient/practitioner relationship should be conducted.

In summary, I highly recommend seriously considering this practice if you have sleep related concerns. In my opinion, a first class patient experience!!

Every time I called the team has been very helpful and understanding. Never a bad experience. Their communication in emails is also quick and efficient. In regards to Dr Banerjee, he is without a doubt a very kind a compassionate doctor. No fussing around, it truly does feel like he takes a human approach to medicine.
Definitely a highly recommended service.

Even though everyone is very friendly, and the doctor is helpful, their demand for payment before the consultation felt like a money grab. A random text appeared asking for immediate payment or risk losing your appointment (which was made more than 6 weeks ago)
Personally, as much as it was helpful, it wasn't the $300 session worth.

I did testing through Lullaby Sleep and was told I dont have sleep apnea, you should get a second opinion if you're not happy with the results.
I should've done sooner would've saved me another few years of waking up gasping for air thinking I didn't have apnea.

Gosford hospital has a sleep study unit where you stay the night for in-depth testing ,that's where I got my confirmation to sleep apnea.

Highly recommend using this company, Sadie was a HUGE help in getting my sleeping correct. Sadie took her time to make she my mask fitted correctly and I was happy with the correct mask.
