Dr Saba is wonderful. I always feel heard and given the time I need; particularly with our children. I also feel cared for, when a family member has been particularly poorly she has phoned to follow up and see how they are going. Rarely do we wait in the waiting room longer than 10-20 minutes. All staff (Receptionists, Nurse's, and GP's) are approachable and welcoming. On the occasions we have needed a doctor quickly and unexpectedly, they team has been responsive, caring and accommodating. We have been visiting this practice since March 2023.

Place is great once you have an appointment but the past 3 times i have called they have not answered its not a one time thing its concecutive would be great if they could just pick the phone up a bit better

My usual medical centre had to close early today due to a power outage, so my appointment was cancelled. I rang Luddenham Medical Centre after finding them online. Sara was very obliging and fitted me in this afternoon. She rang back a bit later saying I could come in earlier. Customer service was amazing! Dr.Saba was a great listener and very caring. I would definitely return and highly recommend!
