Uncomfortable, unsafe and terrible experience. Stay away from here.

Don’t ever go to this practice. I don’t even write google reviews but i have to about this. The reception lady is very rude and unprofessional. Don’t be surprised if you call up for an appointment and her attitude is like a rude robot. It’s not even a prestigious, nice practice - why does she act like they’re so sought after? Horrible, inpatient and unprofessional receptionist. Never experienced this until I called up.

I had already knew the receptionist was a red flag, but who knew the doctor too. “Dr” Low should not be named a doctor. Disgraceful to the medical community, and the standard of medical practice. Did not address my concerns, and did as he pleased. Disgusted I ever came here. Please don’t take your loved ones here that have a real health concern. Not a place to help you gets better. Terrible service too.

If there was an option for zero stars I'd choose it, but in order to leave a comment I have to acknowledge a star. Who has ever heard of a policy; that if you don't call up and cancel your apt, you'll get kicked out effective immediately? ... welp this practice is all about kicking patients out ! It doesn't matter how long you've been there or what condition / disease or so forth you have trust *Dr Low* to throw you out, hand your file /documents AND advise you to look for another doctor. It was the worst decision I have ever made for my family & I when we stepped foot in there & i now know why his surgery is always EMPTY! How inhumane does one person have to be to kick there patient out ! Please think twice before making an apt with this Dr because your truly going to REGRET it..

Best Doctor in the area. When we moved to Casula from Eastern Suburb, we tried going to each and every GP around, whenever a family member was unwell. Everytime those doctors would leave me with more questions and one time one of them even misdiagnosed me. We had to go back to our GP in Maroubra everytime, until we found Dr Low.
He is one of the Doctors who I can trust. He is very attentive and knowledgeable.

Dr Low has been my GP for past 36 years, since 1985. I was 26 then and 62 now. I would not want to see any other doctor. Trust him completely with his knowledge, advice and treatment, no matter what the cause. Thankyou Dr.

Dr Low is a very knowledgeable, intelligent, compassionate and extremely competent physician who is well respected in the community.

Go up
