My partner & I attended for Fertility Counselling and attended purely on recommendation from our chosen Fertility Clinic - we are so so glad we came to Lotus. Every encounter with all staff has been so positive and even when there was some slight miscommunication with our first appointment, we were looked after and all attempts to resolve the issue were made successfully and promptly. We saw Narelle who made us feel so comfortable and heard. I myself will be coming back as their beautiful clinic made me feel very at home. What also helped was a furry staff member there to greet us - Lupi, who we just adored! Thanks so much Lotus.
