My time with Lorraine was truly amazing. I felt her kindness, compassion and understanding. Sometimes life feels like you're in the jungle alone even when you have family and friends you know love and care about you. Lorraine made me feel supported in a way I'm not sure I've ever felt before. I can't even really describe it. I suppose it was like she could see my soul and connect with me, that was the support I felt and really needed at this time. I'm truly grateful and would highly recommend her for a personal session.

The course was amazing, I learnt so much about myself and why I do certain things. Lorraine gave me techniques and tools to use to work through situations when or if they arise.
