Never have I experienced such excellent attention and expertise as I did for my first visit to Looking smart Optometry. Thanks to Liam I now have a better understanding of why my vision has been failing. Through his guidance, correct diagnosis and treatment, I may almost get back to having 20/20 vision. Other staff members were genuinely very helpful and easy to deal with. Sadly, one woman ruined the experience by being alittle abrupt with her colleagues. Apart from this, my experience left me feeling very happy. I highly recommend "Looking Smart Optometrist" as my best Optometrist to date.

Amazing service and quick turnaround at Looking Smart! ♥️♥️
My friend was visiting me on the Sunshine Coast when she lost her glasses at the beach. Unfortunately, she didn't have a spare pair, and since she needed them to drive, we were in a bit of a panic.

We called over 20 optometrists on the Sunshine Coast, but Looking Smart was the only one who answered. Not only did they respond to our email at 7pm, but they also had a brand new pair of glasses ready for her by 10am the next day!

We were so impressed with the team's dedication and commitment to providing excellent customer service. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us.

I was particularly impressed with Tracey and Vani(I’m not sure how to spell the names😊), who were both incredibly helpful and kind. They kept us updated throughout the process and made sure that my friend was happy with her new glasses.

If you're looking for an optometrist on the Sunshine Coast, I highly recommend Looking Smart. They're a great team who provide outstanding service.

5-Star Review for Looking Smart – Pelican Waters, Sunshine Coast

Yesterday at 4 PM, I lost my prescription glasses at the beach and was desperate to find a replacement. Since I didn’t have a spare pair and don’t live in Sunshine Coast, I needed a new pair urgently to drive back home. I spent hours searching for optical stores, but since most were closing, they told me they couldn’t provide glasses within 24/48 hours due to my prescription.
That’s when I emailed Looking Smart in Pelican Waters, not expecting much since every other store had turned me down. To my surprise, at 7 PM, I received a kind and thoughtful response, saying they would probably be able to help and would contact me as soon as they opened in the morning. No other store showed this level of care and willingness to assist!
At 8 AM the next morning, the amazing Tracey called me and said my lenses would be ready by 10 AM, and I could come in to choose a frame. When I arrived at the store, I was welcomed with incredible customer service! The whole team, including the lovely Vanee (apologies if I got the name wrong!), was fast, efficient, and incredibly warm and helpful. They guided me through choosing a frame from a beautiful selection, and to my surprise, my glasses were ready in less than an hour!
On top of everything, they were fair and considerate with the pricing, knowing I was traveling and in an emergency. I left beyond happy and relieved, knowing I had been taken care of by such a professional, kind, and efficient team.

We recently visited Looking Smart Optometrist for an eye check-up and new glasses. The pre-testing and consultation with the optometrist were excellent. The optometrist was thorough and professional, making the experience very reassuring. The customer service staff were also helpful and friendly.
However, our experience was somewhat marred by the customer service supervisor, who was abrupt and not very approachable. This was disappointing, as it contrasted sharply with the otherwise positive experience.
