I ended up walking out before seeing the doctor for my first appointment here after waiting 45 minutes past the appointment time, watching many other patients being seen, with no communication about the delay. Also found the waiting area to be dirty and in some disrepair. I'm looking for clinical cleanliness from the very first point of entry. Would rather travel 30+ minutes to my old clinic and be seen on time every time in a clean, professional environment than use this place which is just up the road from where I live.

Made an appointment for 4:15pm, arrived approx 10 minutes early. Waited and watched every single person who arrived after me get seen first. What's the point of booking in if the allocated times aren't adhered to? It's over half an hour past my appointment and I'm still waiting.. thought I was paying to have a skin check done not sit in a waiting room 🤷

Edit; Doctor was very informative and thorough, well mannered and made the wait seem worthwhile.

Not recommended.
After a wait time of 30 minutes, with no indication of how long the wait will be, I decided to walk out.
Very disappointed, and I would hate to see the level of care if this is an indication of how much they have consideration for their patients.
I see by past comments I'm not the only one who is made to wait, and wait, and wait.
Not recommended at all.

Dr Usman Khan had a kind bedside manner, which was very helpful as I was panicking about a worrying spot I had found. The doctor explained everything in detail in layman's terms to ease my mind. Highly recommend.

My recent experience with Logan Skin Clinic was entirely positive. Easy to book an appointment online. Reception staff were polite and helpful. Dr Lai was pleasant and professional and he did an amazingly neat job of removing a BCC in a tricky spot between my eye and nose.

Happy they removed the lump, surgery went okay, no pain relief offered after surgery, two days of heavy pain, please ask them, not like me going without isn't pleasant at all. Always ask, they don't offer you anything, just a heads up. Thank you.
