Had an accident at work and cut couple of fingers and broke another. After trying to get treatment at couple of medical centres was directed to this place. Upon arrival there was a 3 hour wait time sign in reception. Cuts were fairly grimey and needed cleaning and also wanted a tetanus shot so thought would just wait anyways. After filling out paperwork was seen within 15 minutes. No one in waiting area had any visible injuries so assume people are seen on urgency. Receptionists are also nurses and were fantastic. Barbara and Skyler I think names were?.. Both were professional, caring and compassionate workers who I highly commend. On duty doctor was more concerned with number of patients in waiting room and being able to leave at closing time.. but understandable as it seemed a lot could of just gone to regular doctor and didn't appear urgent. Anyways got a tetanus shot, some stitches in fingers, some antibiotics and left satisfied with service. Was dreading having to go to hospital as that may have been a very long wait. Thank you LMUCC

It was a brilliant experience and a good outcome, partly because of smart staff (reception, triage nurse, etc) but also integrated systems with a deal doneq with the x-ray people next door to get results back fast. Suggestion: Make everyone's life easy: use the QR code at reception to create your patient details online (ie: don't use paper) - it feeds directly into their systems and saves heaps of time. This is a good Federal Medicare initiative. 5/5 would recommend

Really good Services. Reception, nurse and doctor very nice to assist in a friendly way. Does have a bit of a wait to see the nurse and doctor but for after 4pm the wait was not that long.

Would really recommend this place for any one.

They were fantastic to me, understood my medical history and looked after me. They were quick to act with a serious case that needed hospital so obviously I waited a little longer. They kept me comfortable u til doctor came to see me. The nurses were fantastic and empathetic to me. The doctor was aware of history and acted in it. Thanks for looking after me

Great experience. Staff were kind and polite. We were in and out in less than 2 hours and had seen a nurse, doctor who cared, x-ray next door and update phone call with x-ray results that evening. It was a very smooth process especially since we didn’t have an appointment.

Took my toddler here after he had a fall at daycare resulting in a small cut to his chin and we couldn’t have had a better experience. We were in and out so quickly and they were great with my little one. This is the second time we’ve been here and both experiences have been great, would highly recommend.

Thank you for looking after my finger after I sliced it... This is the second visit I have had at the Centre in the last 12 months and each time I have found the staff so helpful. They solved my bleeding finger. Gave me dressings and a script and I was on my way within an hour on a busy Monday morning. My thanks to the medical and admin staff... You are amazing... And it was all bulk billed...
This is a well resourced centre that serves our community so well...

Long wait as expected for an urgent care clinic, but the care given was great. Once we were seen, we were seen quickly and efficiently. It's good that all amenities are closely such as pathology, xray and chemist so that everything can be taken care of at the same time. Staff were kind, informative and friendly, setting expectations right from the start.
